Battlestar Galactica
40 years after the end of the Cylon War, the artificially
created Cylons launch a genocidal and devastating nuclear attack against their creators, the human race, The twelve Colonies
of Mankind are destroyed, thanks partially to Dr. Gaius Baltar who Unwittingly leaked vital tactical information. Only a handful
of space ships remain, including Battlestar Galactica, a remnant from the first Cylon War, Kept in its original condition
as a museum piece with none of its systems networked. Commander William Adama, a veteran of the Cylon war leads a military
response from the Battlestar Galactica alongside his son Lee “Apollo” Adama and ace pilot Kara “Starbuck”
Thrace. The highest-ranking member of the political cabinet left alive is the Secretary of Education, Laura Roslin, who is
sworn in as president, almost as soon as she is sworn in; the President’s ship is attacked.
The President’s ship is saved, and Commander Adama and President Roslin try to co-ordinate the response to the
Cylon attacks. Baltar battles to try to get off Caprica, and because of his status as an unparalleled genius is offered a
place on the Raptor, which was forced down earlier by the Cylons. Leaving pilot Lt. Karl “Halo” Agathon, behind
who is stranded on the planet’s surface. Baltar is seen as the expert on Cylons, but is haunted by visions of the beautiful
Cylon agent Number Six. Adama admits the humanity’s forces are outnumbered and outgunned, and that the best chance of
survival is to leave their home solar system completely. Rallying a fleet of humanity’s surviving ships. Commander Adama
and President Roslin set out to search for the legendary 13th Colony of Kobol
…a planet called Earth.
Season One
33
Nearly 130 hours after the cylon
surprise attack on the human colonies and the Battlestar Galactica and the rest of the convoy of human ships are still on
the run. Every 33 minutes they are forced to make a faster than light (FTL) jump to a new location, and every 33 minutes the
Cylons find and attack them. One ship, the Olympic Carrier, Fails to make the jump and the attack stop, when it mysteriously
reappears unharmed the attacks start again. Believing that the ship has been infiltrated by Cylons, Commander Adam orders
the ship to be destroyed. On Cylon-Occupied Caprica, Helo is on the run when he is rescued by someone he thinks is Boomer.
Water
Boomer wakes up in a tool room, soaking
wet and with a armed bomb in her duffle bag. Shortly afterwards a series of explosions destroys 60 per cent of the Galactica’s
water supplies, creating a water crisis for the fleet. Commander Adama and President Roslin put the ships on rations and try
to calm the resulting water riots. As scout ships desperately search for water on remote planets. Baltar is in charge with
detecting any cylon infiltrators in the fleet. Meanwhile on Caprica Helo and Another avatar of Boomer pick up a military signal
